Agreement

By booking any tour package with Saarthi Group, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance deposit and written confirmation from Saarthi Group.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
Full payment must be completed before departure date.

Passenger Responsibility

Travellers must carry valid ID proof, passport, visa, and all required travel documents.
Saarthi Group is not responsible for any delay or denial caused due to incomplete or invalid documents.
Travellers with medical conditions must inform us at the time of booking.

Itinerary Changes

Saarthi Group reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, flight changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided wherever possible.

Liability

Saarthi Group acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport providers and is not liable for any loss, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
We are not responsible for losses due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or force majeure events.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
Saarthi Group is not liable for any medical or personal emergencies during the tour.

Child Policy

Children below 4.99 years – Free (flight ticket not included)
Children aged 5–11 years – Child rates applicable
Children aged 12 years and above – Adult rates applicable

Applicable Taxes

5% GST + 2% TCS applicable on all packages (charged separately).
Tax rates subject to change as per Government of India regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
