- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at info@saarthigroup.in or at our office.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or unutilized services during the tour.
Cancellation by Saarthi Group
- In rare cases, Saarthi Group may cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative tour of equal value will be offered.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- GST and TCS charges are non-refundable.
- Flight tickets, if booked, may have separate cancellation charges as per airline policy.
Non-Refundable Items
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance premium
- Booking processing fees
- Any services already utilized
Amendment Policy
- Changes to travel dates, destination, or hotel are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Amendment requests must be made at least 15 days before departure.
