Who is Saarthi Group?
Saarthi Group is a Vadodara-based travel company with almost 20 years of experience in tourism and visa services. We plan domestic and international holidays that are personal, hassle-free, and built around your budget and schedule.
What services do you offer?
We offer domestic and international tour packages, honeymoon, family, group, luxury, adventure, pilgrimage, and corporate tours, weekend getaways, women’s special tours, and visa assistance.
Where is your office?

Why should I book with Saarthi instead of booking everything myself?
We handle the planning, bookings, and coordination for you. You get a tailored itinerary, support before and during the trip, and one point of contact if plans change, so you can enjoy the journey instead of managing it.
Packages & Planning
Do you only offer fixed packages?
No. You can choose a ready-made package or ask for a fully customised trip. We adjust hotels, activities, duration, and pace to suit you.
What do I need to share to get a quotation?
Just tell us your destination (or ideas), travel dates, number of travellers (including children and seniors), approximate budget, and preferences. We’ll send a detailed itinerary and price.
How early should I book?
For international trips and peak seasons like Diwali, summer vacations, and New Year, we suggest booking [45-60 days] ahead. Domestic and weekend trips can often be arranged on shorter notice, depending on availability.
Are flights, hotels, and meals included?
This depends on the package. Your itinerary will clearly list what’s included, such as stay, transfers, sightseeing, and meals, and what’s not. Flights and train tickets can be added on request.
Can you plan a trip for a large group, school, or company?
Yes. We organise group tours, family reunions, corporate outings, and incentive trips with custom pricing based on group size.

Do you offer honeymoon packages?
Yes. Our honeymoon tours include romantic stays, private transfers, and special touches like candlelit dinners and sightseeing, both in India and abroad.
Are your tours safe for solo women and women-only groups?
We run Women’s Special Tours designed for comfort and safety, with vetted hotels, reliable transport, and good support throughout the trip. Solo women can also request customised itineraries.
Can you arrange pilgrimage tours for senior citizens?
Yes. Our pilgrimage tours to places like Varanasi and Ayodhya are planned at a relaxed pace, with comfortable stays, convenient darshan timings, and assistance for elderly travellers.
Do you organise adventure and luxury holidays?
Yes. From trekking, rafting, and safaris to premium resorts and private experiences, we can match the level of adventure or luxury you want.
Visa & Documents
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We guide you through the visa process for the countries you’re visiting, including document checklists, form filling, and appointment support. The final decision always rests with the embassy or consulate, and visa fees are charged separately.
What documents should I carry for travel?
For domestic travel, carry a valid photo ID for every traveller. For international travel, you’ll need a passport valid for at least [6 months], your visa (if required), tickets, hotel vouchers, and insurance. We’ll send you a full checklist after booking.
Can you guarantee visa approval?
No agency can. We make sure your application is complete and accurate, which improves your chances, but approval depends on the authorities.
Payments & Cancellations
How do I confirm my booking?
Once you approve the quotation, you can confirm your booking by paying the required advance amount. The remaining balance must be paid before departure. All payment details and due dates will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept [UPI, bank transfer, cards, and cash at our office]. Please pay only to Saarthi Group’s official accounts shared by our team.
What is your cancellation policy?
Charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the policies of airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. Please read our Cancellation Policy before booking.
Can I change my travel dates after booking?
Often yes, subject to availability and supplier rules. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll check the options. Some date changes may involve extra charges.
During Your Trip
Will someone be available if I face a problem while travelling?
Yes. Our team stays reachable by phone and WhatsApp during your trip to help with changes, delays, or emergencies.
Is travel insurance included?
It is not included unless stated in your package. We strongly recommend it, especially for international travel, and can help you arrange it.
What if the weather disrupts my plans?
Weather like heavy rain, snow, or fog can sometimes force changes. We’ll suggest alternatives or reschedule activities where possible. Costs that suppliers can’t refund may apply as per our terms.
