Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, travel insurance, visa requirements, and currency.
• Book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tours.
• Stay current on travel trends, regulations, and emerging destinations.
• Provide clients with relevant travel documentation and detailed itineraries.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and other travel disruptions with professionalism and care.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with vendors and tour operators to secure the best deals and packages.
• Promote travel packages, loyalty programs, and special promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a travel consultant, agent, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and booking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple bookings.
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
