Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of online booking tools and travel platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Expedia)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, travel insurance, visa requirements, and currency.
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tours.
  • Stay current on travel trends, regulations, and emerging destinations.
  • Provide clients with relevant travel documentation and detailed itineraries.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and other travel disruptions with professionalism and care.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with vendors and tour operators to secure the best deals and packages.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a travel consultant, agent, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
