The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of tourism trends and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel products and tour packages to clients (individuals, groups, or corporate customers).
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable travel solutions and destination advice.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel bookings including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality after-sales support.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, itinerary changes, and travel issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on tourism trends, destination information, travel advisories, and visa policies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in the travel or tourism industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and services.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in reservation and booking systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

• Fluency in more than one language.
